Poised to love (Eflin)

I’ve been poised to love lately
but no one has never come for me,
i’ve been screaming from the top of my emotional mountain
“Don’t you think that i can carry ?!”
I think God has forsaken me
or she thought that i cannot carry
and that the only thing i capable of is to bury.
I’ve been poised to love lately
i had too many questions to the unknown which has too many questions within.
I waited, no one has came or hit the road for me,
i was screaming from the top of my expectations
“Have you ever heard me ?!”
I’ve been poised to love lately
i thought to love is to carry
and i found this very limiting
because i could not bear the pain
but maybe, just maybe, i could love;
at least i felt ready.
Still, no one has came for me, how pity.
